SIT stands for Systematic Inventive Thinking, which is the name of both our company, and the method we use to help organizations and individuals to be more innovative, solve problems, invent products, create advertising campaigns, and generally enhance their business. SIT Ltd. is a privately-owned company, based in Tel Aviv, with subsidiaries in Sweden and Germany, and alliances and partnerships in several other countries in The Far East, Asia Pacific, Europe and South America.

Over the last 15 years, SIT projects have been conducted in 54 countries in North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Israel. We’ve worked with over 750 companies, including such industry leaders as: ABN Amro, Arla Foods, BASF, Bayer, BP, Campina, Coca Cola, Comverse, Eastman Kodak, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Nestlé, Newell Rubbermaid, Pearson, P&G, Philips Consumer Electronics, SAS, Scitex, Shell, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. We also work regularly with advertising agencies such as BBDO, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, and McCann-Erickson.

We’re a team of 40 facilitators and consultants – supported by a small administrative staff – from a wide range of backgrounds. Facilitators are either full-time employees or concurrently work in other fields such as: optical engineering, alternative energy, food technology, computer programming, medical presentations, information technology, and organizational development.
